Are your crystals ethically sourced?

I work with a select wholesalers so that I can provide you with the highest quality crystals.

Before working with a new supplier I ask a range of questions to ensure that the crystals are ethically source and that minimal damage to the environment is caused as well as humane working condition and fair pay.

What does ethically sourced mean to you?

All workers involved in processes the stones must be paid a fair, living wage. This includes all workers involved in every stage of the supply chain.

The working conditions must be safe for all the workers at all stages of the supply chain. This also means no children or underage workers are involved at any stage.

People were not forcibly displaced off land due to mining activities.

The stones should be conflict-free, which means it doesn't fund or fuel wars and violence.

There should be little to no negative environmental impact.

I believe crystals pick you. When you know, you know.

Do the chains match the wire wrapping?

Yes, if you order a sterling silver wrapped crystal then you will receive it with a sterling silver chain and if you order 14K gold fill wrapped then a 14K gold fill chain.

What chain lengths do you offer?

On each crystal you are able to pick your chain lengths and it will show which lengths are available.

In sterling silver the chains range from 14 inch to 24 inch and for 14K gold fill 16 inch to 20 inch. For larger crystals I suggest longer chains.

Prices include a 16 inch chain as standard.

Refunds & cancellations

Orders are able to be canceled before they are shipped, to cancel and email needs to be sent to support@devilishcrystal.com.

Payments will be returned by original method within 7 working days

Refunds are not accepted. If the necklace is damaged e.g clasp on chain has broken, the crystal has come out of the wrapping then please email support@devilishcrystal.co.uk or DM on instagram @devilishcrystal

Delivery

Orders purchased from the website will be sent within 3 working days by Royal Mail 1st class signed for.

Custom orders will take around 7 days to wrap and send.

If the necklace has been lost in transit then it is out of our control. We will try our best to claim compensation from the shipping provider and refund this to you however, this is not always possible.
